Returns
 

You may return eligible clothing items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items
 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel.

  • Swimwear without the original hygiene seal.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Personalised or customised products.


Refunds
 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
